Belagavi: Suspecting that storage of black money is raising its wings with the introduction of ₹2,000 and ₹500, Sujeet Mulagund led Brashthachar Nirmulana Pariwar has urged the government to take back the newly introduced higher value currencies.

A delegation of the organization, in its memorandum to the district administration, stated that corruption in government offices has raised after currency demonization and the ratio of storing black money is also raised. The organization advertised the government to take back the currencies and run the smaller amount currencies and coins. It also suggested to release the currencies with the pictures of former President APJ Abdul Kalam and former Prime Minister Vajpayee.
